Research Interests

Egyptian Archaeology: Greco Roman Period

Notes

I am interested in investigating trade in the Greco Roman period in Egypt with focus on Amphorae. I am also interested in residue analysis,socio-ethnic identification, cognitive archaeology and ethnoarchaeology focusing on pottery. My research area is the Fayum region of Egypt where I have been working on the ceramic repertoire of ancient Karanis with UCLA and Tebtunis with IFAO, Egypt.
